Want to pay rent online?
You can skip the office visit by paying on your device using Appfolio.
Here's how:
1. Download the AppFolio app to your phone. You can also use the website from a computer.
2. Let us know you are ready to set up your account and we’ll text or email a link for you to create a password.
3. Once you have made a password, you should be able to log in and see all your information already there.

To pay rent:
1. Once you are logged into the portal and on the home page, click Pay Now.
2. Select how you’d like to pay: eCheck (withdrawal directly from your bank account) or with a Credit/debit card.
3. Enter your payment information and click continue.
4. Enter the amount you pay for rent.
5. Make sure everything looks right before submitting.
6. You should receive an email confirming that your payment went through.
