Who we are
​​Community Services Housing (CSH) is a Charlottesville-based nonprofit, founded in 1991, dedicated to providing clean, safe, and affordable rental housing for people living with disabilities. We own and operate 25 properties with 125 apartments, offering stable homes to about 140 individuals—many of whom have experienced major barriers to traditional housing and/or homelessness.
